We acquire companies with the aim to strengthen them operationally and financially sustainable and to increase the company's value. We work closely with the management of each company. We provide strategic leadership and we lead operational projects.

We invest our own capital and are supported by an advisory board consisting of active family entrepreneurs. Due to our many years of experience we understand the processes of change in the sale of a business. As entrepreneurs we guide these processes with our know-how and the necessary sensitivity.
